Our reception is open for business between 8:30am - 6pm weekdays except for Wednesday when we close at 1pm. Our phone lines are closed between 12 - 2 but our reception remains open for the collection/drop off of prescriptions. Please note that our phone lines open at 8:30am till 6pm

Below is a breakdown of surgery times.

Monday	9.00am – 11.30am	3.00pm – 6pm
Tuesday	9.00am – 11.30am	3.00pm – 6pm
Wednesday	7.30am – 12.30am	Closed
Thursday	7.30am – 12.30pm	4.00pm – 6pm
Friday	9.00am – 12.00am	3.30pm – 6pm

How soon can I get an appointment?

If you are happy to see either of our GPs we can accomodate you within 48 hours. If you feel it is an emergency we will see you the same day.

How far in advance can I book an appointment?

We accept bookings up to two weeks in advance.

We will consider booking further in advance if it is necessary.

Outside Surgery Hours

For urgent appointments outside our normal surgery hours, please call the usual surgery number on 01942 481638, a recorded message will direct you from there. Please note the Out of Hours service do not provide repeat prescriptions.

Patient Survey. Evidence from the last patient survey indicates that patients may not understand the difference between urgent access to any GP and routine access to a particular GP. Please remember, we are usually able to accommodate patients within 48 hours where they will see ANY GP, you may have to wait much longer if you insist upon a particular GP.
